Hundreds of Georgians gathered in front of the Georgian Parliament in Tbilisi, Georgia November of 2001 to protest the government's raid on an independent television station, Rustavi 2. The protests and meetings lasted for a solid week, but to no avail. The government was finally overthrown two years later, after fraudulent parliamentary elections.
